Composed of circuit boards that are outfitted with LED chips, LED tape strips create linear bands of light and are used in accent and task lighting applications. LED strips are supplied with peel and stick adhesive backing allowing them to be installed on various surfaces and are available in various widths, voltages, wattages, and colour temperatures. IP ratings of 65 and greater can be used for damp installations.
